Pioneering Environmental Solutions Since 2016

Seanogy Environmental Solutions, Inc. and (Seanogy)'s Interim Storage, Regeneration, and Decontamination Facility for Mineral Insulating Oil and Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB)-containing Equipment and Wastes is a partnership between SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. (SEAOIL), the leading and largest independent fuel company in the Philippines; and Innogy Solutions, Inc. (Innogy), a Filipino-owned management consultancy and technical services company.

Through this partnership, Seanogy was established in November 2016 to provide solutions to critical issues involving mineral insulating oil degradation and Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) contamination in oil-containing electrical equipment, among others.

Seanogy is home to a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering complete environmental management services for energy-related activities. Our team brings extensive experience across the full spectrum of energy and environmental sectors, as well as health and safety.

Our management team consists of highly respected professionals with expertise in business management, engineering, chemistry, and environmental management. Our technical experts bring extensive knowledge in the management of chemicals and hazardous wastes (especially PCBs), as well as the life cycle management of transformers and other oil-containing electrical equipment. We ensure all operations and maintenance activities are managed by skilled engineers and professionals from the natural sciences.

We also boast of a wide network that assists in conducting our business. SEAOIL provides us with resources such as procurement and logistics, while Innogy bolsters our team with their pool of engineers and specialists. Our overseas partner, Sea Marconi ensures that our DMU Technology is maintained for effective and efficient operations while providing off-site assistance for operational and other relevant consultations.
