Field Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical)
We are looking for a licensed engineer to join our team and help maintain and operate our mineral insulating oil regeneration and decontamination equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment for the mineral insulating oil regeneration and decontamination
- Conduct oil sampling and field inspection
- Prepare technical reports and similar documentation
- Organize and represent the company in meetings, conferences, and business dialogues
- Coordinate with clients and service providers
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Education
Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical)
Experience
Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in operating and maintaining electromechanical equipment; preferably with direct technical experience in transformer management (i.e. operation and maintenance)
Technical Abilities
With working knowledge in instrumentation and automation system such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is preferred but not necessary; can perform electronics and electrical/mechanical system troubleshooting
Other Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and has excellent oral and written communication skills
Other Attributes
Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including weekends and holidays if needed), must be willing to travel, team player, and can work with less supervision
